Sometimes denial can really take you on by surprise.
I
sure know that's what it did to me. I mean one minute you are positive
that you don't have feelings for someone and another minute you are
ready to burst into tears when someone tells you something about the
person. Turns out it was a joke. But that joke made me realize I was in
denial which I was sure I wasn't. Sometimes I guess you can't see it and
maybe others around you that are close to you can. Well I still wish I
was in denial and wasn't aware of the feelings I am still burdened with.
Time to face facts: denial is something you may not be aware of at all.
Totally took me by surprise. I am starting to think I might be
bi-polar.
